Small business in need of help

I am a small buisness owner who is having trouble with a almost customer. I say almost customer because they never used or service which is party rental. The woman was given a quote which states on our website is not a reservation and since we were completely booked for the weekend we could not take her business. This woman has filed several yelp reviews against us on on yelp page and our competitors yelp pages giving them a 5 star rating but attacking us by name in there reviews. I am at a loss since she won't stop. Can I file a legal restraining order for stalking or harassment. Please help

As a practical matter there probably isn't anything you can do about her "opinions."

If she's telling lies, maybe that's defamation and you can seek an injunction for it.
