Negligence, Other Injury slip and fall in parking lot of apartment building

last thursday afternoon there was a snowstorm. well friday morning i was walking out to my car in my apartment complex i slipped and tore my ACL. they didnt salt or sand at all there was 2 or 3 inches of ice on the ground. i guess my question is should i be suing or no? do i have a case or would it be an "act of god"
