Hope you're ready for a long one!
Divorced in '05, ex-hub was ordered to pay $189 wkly plus $18 additional to pay off arrears. I was awarded primary responsibility of our 2 children. Ex-hub was given every weekend as visitation. As of today, he is over $12,000 behind on support. This year, I filed for full custody & contempt of court. He has no where to live, has been bouncing around couches for months & is unemployed again. Dept. of revenue has suspended his license & put a lien on his taxes. He's still driving & not filing taxes so I won't get the money. He has told me on numerous occasions "If I don't have a job I don't have to pay you anything". Under his agreement, he has not had the kids overnight in 6 months due to his living situation. He did not show up to court for the custody hearing & was held in contempt with a writ of bodily attachment issues for him. He has now filed an objection to the orders due to him not being there. The grounds he is using to get a re-hearing are things I told the judge about while I was there. He is trying to get custody back of the kids. how can I keep the writ open and get full-custody of my children?
