Me and my husband both got charged of simple assualt from COP becuase we had small fight (more verble) and COP got involved and they put charge on both of us. Now, we had court session and based on procecutor's deal we had to go for anger management evaluation and wwe both been through and considered for not going for further anger management conseling. Based on prosecutor's statement if we don't need to go or have to go for anger management programm, after that case will be dismissed. Since I am on H-1B visa and processing my GC. I have my PD current for applying I-485 in March. Is anyone can throw some light on immigration consecuences (Approval of I-485) in my case. We just been for evaluation couple of days ago and waiting for next hearing date. Thanks in advance.
