Signing over rights.

Hi, I was convinced to adopt my step son. Two months after the adoption my wife wants a divorce. This 2 years ago come June this year. She filled for divorce May of last year since then she has made my life a living hell. She will not get the divorce finalized unless I agree to the terms of her receiving full custody and me still having to pay child support and she governs when I can and when I can't see my son. I can't any longer deal with this. It is affecting my job, my health, and my new relationship. I want to sign my rights over and get out of this is possible.

Who said you can sign over rights? Is this something that she is suggesting? You cannot do this most likely. Do you have an attorney? This is your child and you certainly do not have to agree to her terms. there is no reason why she should be allowed to dictate what you can and cannot do. I hope you have an attorney. If she is being totally unreasonable then a judge is likely going to see right through her. Time to grow a backbone to her.
