My husband and I just found out that he owes child support to a child who he had never even seen the DNA test to. She was under age and he went to jail for it. Never having any rights what so ever. He has never wanted anything to do with the child. How can he go about signing over parental rights for good.Also we live in MI and this kid and his mother is in CT. If anyone knows anything please help!
