Hi,
My son and a friend of his and I took on a cash side job for a woman in Wisconsin. There were at least 12 people all together involved. She agreed to pay $12 an hour and had each person sign in and out on a sheet of paper. She agreed to pay every two weeks which she was to pay on Friday August 22. As of now she has not paid and keeps coming up with excuses as to why she hasnt had this check cashed to pay everyone. Everyone has showed up to get money and we are wondering what we can do from here to get our money. Can we take her to court with what we have. This was a huge landscaping job and she always seemed to have money to buy flowers and such.
