Hello.
I'm from Romania (Romanian) and my boyfriend Is from Germany (he is German), we have never been married but I got pregnant and now we have a beautiful doughtier. I still live in Romania and he lives in Germany. Our baby has her father's surname and German passport.
I don't work and hardly taking care of baby alone, my boyfriend doesn't help me with money , but he works... I just want to know my rights, should he pay alimony for baby and to me? How should it be done?
I guess he should have some responsibilities and care about his baby.
I don't know German laws bout this case.
We are not married but we have a baby , he recognised paternity and gave baby his surname and German passport.
