Hi I live in la. My husband ran up my credit cards over the limit and now they are coming after me. I do not work therefore i don't have an income. I have 1 judgement against me for a little over $3000 right now. I also have another credit card for over $10,000. they wrote it off as a loss but have turned it over to a collection agency. My car is now about to be repo'ed. i owe a little over $23,000 on it and it is only worth $18,000. If i file chapter 13 would i have to give up our camper? if so is there a way to put that in someone else's name so it won't be effected? I do own my house(still has mortgage).

Meah - I strongly suggest that you talk to a reputable credit counseling company and if not producing the results you want then consult with a BK attorney. Remember, a BK will stay on your credit records for over 10 years and it will seriously limit your future ability to obtain credit and limit your ability to find employment. Hope this helps!
