Hey again, just wanted to update everyone who was helping me on this
1) after speaking with the police department I'm regards to my air tanks I've dropped the issue of the tanks. It sucks but between the time I would need to take off work to go to court and legal fees, the best case is I break even on how much money I would get for the theft of the tanks
2) paychecks issue is moving through L&I and is moving to ligation which will most likely be next year. L&I more or less has found in my favor but as their willing is not legally binding it is going to litigation and is even adding in fines for him to pay. Previous employer is continuing to say that my hours were wrong and some hours were payed on previous checks but when asked to provide proof of the previous checks he could not. It sucks but it's going to be about a year and a half to get it resolved and that's not even the collection portion either is my understanding.
Does anyone else know how that works? Assuming litigation goes in my favor, what happens after that?
