she is destroying me and everything i worked for

in nov my x filed a petition to sell our family residence which i live in . she left me for another man in feb 07.the judge allowed me some time to make a buy out. after several months of negotiating and making the house payment as well cause it was court ordered. however i was only given 45 days to get a loan. and i was in a accident that left me in bed fpr 3 weeks/the 45 days was up and i couldne achieve the loan.she didnt want to give more time. the judge ordered the home for sale immediatly. i want to move out now . how do i modify a court order so she is equally responsible for the payments. i am not working and have o money or income. she has 1500 and is supported by her new b-friend. i dont have a attorney anymore either. shouyld i file something to buy some time ? if so how. please help time is important. i know i was told to ask someone on one of these sites but i cant figure out. help . thsnk you in advance.
