My ex-husband and I share custody of our daughter, 8 and son, 10. The parenting schedule that we've agreed to (court approved) is pretty equitable at the current time. My ex is proposing a new schedule with more time at his home. His reasoning is based on that fact that we eat out often, and when we eat home, often the tv is on. My apartment is very small and often cluttered, but clean. I remain a single mother while he has remarried and owns a home. My children are healthy, happy and are doing well in school.
Would the courts allow him more time based on his concerns?
