i got my final divorce on oct 3 2006...my exwife waived any claim to alimony..which states "is permanant in nature" then in feb 2008 i get hit with garnishments of 475.00 a week and she had my life insurance put in her name also.. i thought the waiver of any claims of alimony were permanant and the divorce was a binding contract... any info on this??? my email is uwasp1@aol.com i need help bad.
