My husband through the court gave limited guardianship of his 17 yr old son to a family of his sons choosing 2 months ago. We recently got a phone call from the mother of the family saying it wasnt working out. We then received in the mail a document that was titled Petition to set aside guardianship. My question is, does my husband have to sign these papers and accept his son back into our home. He does have legal custody, and the childs mother does not want him. What can we do?
