I looking for premises to support a motion to set aside a default judgement. I was called suddenly to my father's death bed the date of the original hearing. A default judegement secured in April 2002; which I recently became aware of due to being served with a writ of continuing garnishment. Original argument involved a consulting company which was engaged to perform a service. Consulting company billed for services not performed - specifically billed for consultant's time which did not occur. Juristiction is in the State of Colorado. Would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.

Why did you bother to reply - concerning your question was rhetorical at best. If you have supportivr premises for my arguement then state them.

I replied so you could post it at the proper message board and get help. I'm afraid here you won't get nearly as much as you would at the right one.
