I was stopped late in November of 2005 and arrested for DUI. I told the officer it was second offense. I had one in 1997. He said I will be grandfathered in and it will be my first offense so he sent me to the municiple court in Oconomowoc Wisconsin on Jan 13, 2006. He was wrong. The judge in Oconomowoc sent me home and said he doesn't have juristiction over me. I finally received the new ticket in the mail 3/8/06 and there was no court date. It said to be determined. How long do they have to charge me?
