I want my children to go to another school within the same county they are attending school now. They are having trouble in school and I want to send them to a small private school where they can receive more one on one attention. My 1 daughter barely passed in the public school she is attending. How do I write up the motion to take my ex back to court of this?

I agree with talking to your ex first (or did you already?) - maybe you can come to an agreement since the school is in the same county.
