If someone threatens to shoot me and a friend and shows up to my friends house with two other people, we give them a warning to leave pointing the guns but they refuse to leave walking towards us appearing to reach for a gun and two of them end up getting shot, what kind of case is this?

It might be a murder case. It could be an attempted murder case. It might even be one or all of the lesser includeds.

It could be ruled self defense.

Whatever it is, will be decided by your district attorney.
