I am a pro se appellant litigating a Rule 41(g)/replevin appeal before the Ninth Circuit. I am seeing return of electronic devices that have been illegally searched and seized by the federal governent for over 6 years. My opening brief has been filed and is available (Case No. 20-30014). I will attach it to this posting.I have asked the 9th Circuit to conditionally grant an oral argument if I can find an attorney or student to conduct oral argument. The government's brief is due in late August. If you are a law student qualified to practice before the 9th Circuit or an attorney who is interested in being a part of this historic and important case. Must be pro bono. Again, this would be strictly for oral argument. Amicus briefs are welcome as well.
