My ex-husband has been found guilty of child pornography. He shares joint custody of our children. I'm shocked and have no idea what to do. What rights do I have concerning taking full custody of the children.
You will have to file for a modification of custody while he is in prison. Under the circumstances, full custody is a given. He may or may not get supervised visitation.
Full custody does not mean he will have no rights, or no visitation. You need to ask for supoervised visits if you can prove he is a threat to the kids.
