Sorry, this forum is for US law only.I hired a lawyer and sent section 9 notice to my wife for restiution of conjugal rights. How will I get to know that court has sent a notice to her and she has recieved it?

I will tell you that in our society, generally speaking, the concept of forcing someone to be with you against their will seems incredibly foul.
That was my thought as well, but my (brief) review of what a "Section 9 Notice" is seems to indicate that it's a bit more broad than that. It appears to force the woman to return to the man and the marriage, so it could include rape, but also it could be considered a form of imprisonment.Calling a spade a spade - in the US, it's rape.
