Stop faking the doc's notes. If nothing else, it can get you kicked out of school. The doc's office isn't going to be might pleased with you either; given that virtually everything written down is added to your medical file, they might be interested in pursuing this.

Yes, its ILLEGAL, its a variation on FRAUD and/or FORGERY.

In some states, its called UTTERING & PUBLISHING.

You should NOT do it.

Its a felony for adults, its a youth reformatory for juvies.
