We recently entered into a purchase agreement to sell our mobile home, and accepted a down payment. The owner of the park has refused to allow the purchaser to take occupancy of the home if the sale goes through, based on their credit score. Is it legal for the landlord to effectively make the sale of our home contingent upon the purchaser's credit score?

(Admins, I'm not 100% certain if this is the proper forum, if it is not, please forgive me and move it to the proper place.)

Yes, mobile home parks reserve the right to approve new tenants before issuing them a lease contract. I cannot believe this one is any different.
