I'm on salary and work more than 40 hrs a week and and a lot of Saturdays after holidays and my ? Is is there any kind of laws that are in place for Daley base employees

Just to verify, are you salary (salaried) exempt or non-exempt? Salary (salaried) is just a payment method - we need to know if you are exempt or non-exempt. Thanks.
