I need help please regarding the class action suit against the pesticide, Roundup. Originally the only consumers who qualified were ones that contracted a specific type of cancer. I read an article recently that this lawsuit added additional cancer diagnoses . I searched your site however I could not find any info on this pesticide. I used this product and I have been diagnosed with cancer. I hope someone reads my post and be able to advise me where I could get some answers regarding my diagnose which I truly believed is the result of using this pesticide. Thank you in advance for any help and advice you may be able to give me.
 
There isn't a single class-action suit. According to Forbes, there are tens of thousands of lawsuit around the country. You will want to speak to an attorney (soon!) because the statute of limitations appears to be 2 years in NJ.
