hi, i recently received a letter from rossi law about me owing excise taxes from 2000 and 01 on a car that i traded in dec. of 99. the dealer took the reg plate as i reg. the new car in massachussetts. i have read other threads on this same matter about the same law firm. i guess these people are desperate. isn't there a statute of limitations for this anyways?
