Can one party in a lease agreement <renter> tell the another renter on the lease that they can not stay there anymore

Not really. They may have to be formally evicted. One person does not have to leave the residence just because the other person asked them too. If you are going through a divorce, the person that wanta to stay there is probably going to have to ask for possestion of the marital residence.

Then nobody has the right really to evict the other person if they are on the lease.

Why would you let a g/f sign ANYTHING?? Hell, you just as well have given her the check book.

You better look for a new home, or convince her to leave. Be ready when she makes a false report so she can get a restraining order to boot you out.
