My wife is named as Substitute or sucessor Executor of her aunt's will. Her sister is executor and they do not speak. What are my wife's rights, as she has a copy of the will, and knows that her proceeds are the same s her sister's. Does she have any say in the sale of her aunt's home, which her sister is proceeding with. How much is her sister entitled to as far a an executor's fee?
