I gave away my rights to my 13 year old son last year I was under duress I also was told I would go to jail if I didn't sign it. I want to change it

When you 'gave away (your) rights', do you mean that you no longer have visitation/custody or that the state terminated your rights and obligations so someone could adopt the child or the state saw fit that you no longer be the child's parent?

You're also very modest in not bragging about how hard it was to do what was best for the kid.
