A friend of min wants to reverse her mother's gaurdianship over her son. The social worker and lawyer approved for her to het him back. Then mediation stepped in and said wait 6 months and try again. In that 6 months she has gotten 2 DUIs from her drinking over this mess. She also got everything that the court asked her to get for her son along with a medical certification. She messed up but is trying so hard. Will the DUIs prevent her from getting her son back?

I think she knows the answer to that question, and I'm sure you do, too.

Stands to reason the answer is yes. Could even take a year or two now.
