I need to file for return custody of my children. I can't afford an attorney. So I need help on finding out what papers are needed to file and how to go about filing them. I am in the state of Kentucky and need help. My grandmother has custody of my children and is willing to return them to me.The only cathch is that it is manditory that I file in cour, Because the judge is the one that gave her custody.
