I have a son who was placed in a group home through juvenile court. My ex and myself were ordered to pay restitution for his actions, there are two other offenders who have to pay as well. I pay child support while he's living in foster, so am financially unable to pay the restitution presently till he's home. My ex is threatening to take me to court to pay him directly the restitution payments so he can start making payments. Can he do that?

I don't know what another person can, or will do.
I suggest, however, that you pay restitution ONLY to the court.
Never allow anyone to bully you.
Stop communicating with anyone who abuses, or bullies you.
