Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Requirements of a sex offender

Hi again,

I have a couple of more questions. Does a level 3 sex offender have to tell his employer about his convections? Does an employer have to tell all employees that there is a sex offender working in the company? Does a landlord have to tell other tenants of the building that there is a sex offender living in building? Does an employer who is in the property management business have to tell all tenants that one of his maintenance workers is a level 3 sex offender?

As far as I know, the answer is no to all your questions.

May be some day a court will find that it was unreasonable for one of the people you listed not to have told, but I am not aware of any such decision yet.

All states I know of have sex offendor registration laws. If people did due diligence, they could find out your past. Let me know what has transpired since your last submission.
