My father passed away three weeks ago. His Living Trust was formed in 1990. The man he named as the Successor Trustee no longer lives in the area and the beneficiaries would prefer he not be involved. Is there a form that he can fill out relinquishing his position and turning over the duties of Successor Trustee to an individual agreed upon by all beneficiaries?
