Can we repossess our storage unit's from a customer who files Bankruptcy ( under any chapter )? ? ?

Depends on if they are current or not and what chapter they have filed and if you have been givin relief from the automatic stay and if the case has been discharged or dismissed -- there is a lot to do depending on what chapter they have filed--
