Remarried/change in child support

I recently remarried and we had a child. I have quit my job to stay at home with the baby. My ex-husband wants to increase his physical custody to 50% - will he still owe any child support? Do they base support on what I was making before I quit my job?

Most state laws will use what you are capable of making when determing child support.

If he makes more than you its possible he will owe some support. You should google your states child support guidelines.
