I have been divorced for 7 yrs, I have 2 children ages 7 & 9. We have not seen my ex in 7 yrs, have no idea where he is living and had not received support until just recently when there was a warrant out for him on past due child support. I am wanting to move to Minnesota where my fiance' is and salaries are higher for my job market. Not sure what I need to do legally. I live in Branson, Missouri if that helps any.
