Regarding International flight

Good morning,

I went with my ex wife to a mediation and we agreed on all terms of divorce except one which is international flights. I want to be able to travel to States that are part of the HCCH (Hague Conference on Private International Law) and my wife have fear that I will abduct our child.

I want to know, by experience, what the judges say about this matter?

Did your ex have a reason for feeling this way?

Judges may ignore her concerns if they are unfounded or unreasonable...If they are valid concerns you may be required to post a "bond" before international travel.
