"I am in the middle of a divorce, we are already legally separated but we haven't been to court to determine custody or visitation. My ex and I have agreed upon every other weekend...yet she is constantly telling me that I can't see the children unless I sign the divorce papers on which I do not agree with the terms on. This weekend my oldest daughter had planned a sleep over at my house, and she had my daughter to call me crying begging me to sign the papers and she won't let me have my visit with them this weekend and it is supposed to be my weekend. What can I do about this?"
