Please any advice will be greatly appreciated...Heres my story
I was interested in obtaining a loan and sent a deposit to a financial group...(a very large and reputable group) along with the letter of interest that they sent me. On the letter of interest it says specifically that the deposit is refundable. Due to some other problems we were never able to get the loan process started. Hence I requested that the company send me my deposit back. Now the company is telling me that the deposit is not refundable. I have tried contacting them multiple times, yet they just keep avoiding me. I really need some help on this one. I still have a copy of the letter of interest that I signed and sent to the company along with the deposit. I even made sure that the letter of interest does say that this deposit is refundable.
