Eviction Process Reason for 30 day eviction

I am giving my girl friend a 30 day eviction notice. She is not on the lease ( I own a mobile home but live in a mobile home park.) I want her out because she is violent and I don't want anything to do with her anymore. I know I need to give her a 30 day notice but I don't know what I should put down as the reason for her eviction.

Unpaid rent or some other violation of your or her lease would be valid reasons.

You need not list any reason, except to say, its time for her to go.

You could say, she smokes, refuses to pay rent, doesn't keep her area clean, she has poor hygiene, she watches naughty sheep porn, she bad mouths little puppies, anything mostly will work.

You just serve the notice to vacate.
If she's truly violent, that only gets her out much faster.
That's why you would say, violent, because its true.
