How do I go about retaining, preserving and protecting all of my legal rights, (without prejudice), PRIOR TO submitting my MEDICAL RECORDS to an insurance company for a vehicular accident where I was injured. I was stopped, in a line of stopped traffic, and waiting for a RED light, when I was rear-ended. The 'at-fault' driver, of the vehicle who ran into me, was cited for assured clear distance. This accident occurred in LUCAS County, Ohio in November – 2008.

I believe the statute of limitations in Ohio is two years for bringing a lawsuit.
If it is, then you'll lose your right to sue, if the suit hasn't been filed before Novber, 2010.
