My Exwife has moved with my daughter and son and has not informed me as to where they are living or a phone number which she was court ordered and she has not done any of the court ordered. My atterny told me not to pay the child support and now i'm going against what the court has ordered what can I do about that. any help would be greatly appaercioted

What was the reason your attorney told you not to pay child support?

That can get you in a whole world of trouble.

I am not sure I agree with your attorney. You need to locate her somehow. Courts have parent locaters that might be able to help you, or just pay for a people search. If you have money to pay an attorney, then pay to have someone find her, even a PI.
