question on limatations

I need to know the statue of Limatations on filing a lawsuit against the place where the person is employed and a suit against them.

Statutes of limitations are governed by the type of action which you are pursuing and the state, federal, and/or law governing the action. For example, a breach of contract could be 3 years, fraud 6 years, etc.
