My ex husband and I have joint custody, and I had the medical card for myself and children. He went an applied for it and they gave to him since the kids stay the first half of the week with him and end with me. Welfare said the kids primary residence is with him, but the decree doesn't state a primary residency. He just got hired on at a great paying job, and I know he will make too much to keep the state insurance. How do I go about getting the card back for myself and children?
