My parents said to my sister that they aren't paying the tuition unless she lives at home. Her friends encouraged her to wait until the tuition is paid and then move out. I know the identity of some of her friends who did so.
If I publicly criticize them (friends of my sister) online by putting their names and pictures on Twitter or a blog and describing their misdeed (encouraging fraud / interfering with contractual relations), could this going public be a crime of any sort on my part and/or could they be able to successfully sue me for anything?
