i recently got terminated from an indian casino after 6 yrs, i accumulated 50+ hrs pto, during this time our tips were shared for "pto" and administerd by the casino, which we were charged a percent. the casino had approved my pto for an upcoming vacation in sept. 2008, since i was terminated ,, my hourly pto was paid, but i wasnt paid my tips, which consist of 60-70% of my pay. ..... when an employee takes pto, they receive hourly pay plus the tips made during their absence. *** shouldnt i still be eligible for my share of tips for my accumulated pto time ?? *** do i have any legal recourse??
