Business Contracts Protecting Business Bank Account

I need advice on creating a document that would both, protect me and a manager for my company. The business is related to talking on the phone or phone chat.
I definitely want my manager to feel protected and show them they are a part of a business but at the same time, they would not have full access to the bank account of the business.
Not sure how complicated or what forms would be needed.

If the account owner doesn't add anyone to the account, it's protected.
