I need to officially prove I've resided at the same address with my boyfriend for one year. He owns the home and all utilities are in his name. I've been thus far unable to find out if I can obtain a copy of the dated change of address form I originally submitted to the Post office (would that be proof enough?) Any help is much appreiciated. Thank you.
