Last summer I suffered an eye injury, My nephew and I were playing in the pool when he threw a pool toy away from my direction but it turned in the water then hit me directly in the eye. I have to now have the eye removed. do I have a product liabilty case?

The sticky issue here is that your nephew was the one who caused the toy to hit you in the eye; not a malfunction of the toy per se. If you still feel that you have a case, consult with a personal injury attorney. Good luck!

What kind of toy, what was it designed to do? You also might consider that the behaviour of objects in water is inherently unpredictable.
